Oh What fun. Today we hung out at the school all day to watch our last field day at Green Meadow. The kids did great! First we watched Mia take 2nd place in the 50 meter, and then 3rd in the Vertical Jump. She had a good time!
Then we watched Sienna take 1st place in the 300 meter. Funny story, she was the only girl competeing, but she ran with 3 other boys who also ran in the 300m. She kept up with them and all but tied the the first place boy.....however, as a girl, she took first anyways...She was so fast!
Then she took 2nd in the high jump! Great Job Sienna!!!!
Ryder did well also! As 1st graders, they don't "compete" against each other yet, but they all ran the 50m, 300m, then long jump. And of course everyone does the tug of war. He is pretty fast himself!
The little kids had a lot of fun hanging out at the school all day! :)
