Idaho Indoor Soccer

Ryder played indoor soccer this fall. We signed Kason up too, but he wouldn't have anything to do with it. It wasn't our favorite soccer season, and I am not a huge fan of indoor, but Ryder is super good at soccer, and although he went from a small field to a huge indoor soccer arena, he didn't slow down! He was a go getter and amazing. So proud of him and how much he loves sports. He has a knack for almost any sport. Great job Ryder!

Jayda's 14th Birthday!!!!

Today my oldest turned 14! She is a great daughter and oldest child! I am so proud of the young lady she is becoming! The Young Women put this sign in the yard on their birthday. It's super cute. 

It's Sunday, so we celebrated at home. Jayda has become a fan of the Y, so she got lots of BYU stuff!!!! 

Happy Birthday! We love you tons Jayda Bear! Keep on being you! You are amazing!

Barbershop Festival

Jayda has the opportunity today to go to the Barbershop Festival at Boise State with some of her fellow Choir members. Nelson and I were able to go see them perform along with other groups tonight. It was so much fun! It is a-capella and amazing! The guy who created the Sing Off and Pitch Perfect was there to teach them and do stuff with them! She had so much fun! I loved watching and seeing all the talent! It was amazing!

Scarlet's 1st Birthday!

I may have cried often today! I can't believe my little angel is 1. I remember everything of her pregnancy and birth so vividly....and how difficult it was for me. But she has been a sweetie and so hugable and lovable. She loves to give hugs and hang (literally) on my hair. I haven't had a baby so cuddly as her, and I want to soak it all up. I am not sure if she is our last or not. But either way, I am so sad it has gone by so fast. She is the cutest little thing and has a strong personality. We tried to give her a fun day! Happy Birthday little Scarlet! I love you so much!!!!!

1st Day of School & Mia's 11th Birthday!

All the kids were anxious and apprehensive to go to school today! After going, they were so relieved and happy! Everyone like their schools and made friends.  I think everyone had a great 1st day! It was also Mia's birthday and she was surprised at school with her locker decorated and a few treats inside. :) We took her to Wingers for dinner! It was delicious!

Overall a big success today!
So proud of all of them for being brave and starting a new school! I know first hand it is not easy. I couldn't be more proud of them for doing something hard.

Kason meets his teacher!

Kason got to go to his classroom today and meet his teacher Mrs. Buxton! I think he will really like her! She seems like a great teacher! He put his stuff away and learned everything he needs to know about coming to school! He is all ready for the 1st day!

Kason's Kindergarten Date with mom!

Today I took Kason shopping for Kindergarten and to lunch ! :) My favorite thing to do with my Kindergartners going to school. We did a little shopping at Old Navy and Target. Then we had lunch at Wendys (his choice). I think it was fun to spend time with my little buddy! I know he will do so great in Kindergarten and although he only goes 1/2 a day, he will be a fast learner! I am going to miss him!
