Schlitterbahn

We had so much fun at Schlitterbahn today with our family. The kids enjoyed every second of it, even when they were soooo pooped they couldnt keep their eyes open..they found a way. Eventually they got their second wind! It was fun for all the cousins to be together and enjoy the kiddie pools there. They could all reach the bottom and loved it! Thanks Ben and Pam for a wonderful family reunion! The only way it would have been any better is if everyone could have been here! It was amazing!

On the Move

Today we headed to San Antonio/ New Braunfels. We are planing to go to Schiltterbahn tomorrow...so today we played in San Antonio for a bit.

On our way, we stopped to have lunch at a park and play for a second. Let the kids run around and have a break from the car. We had a great lunch and were back on the road.

Our first stop was of course the Alamo. What can I say about the Alamo. If you have been there, you know it is more like a museum of sorts and not too terribly interesting for young kids. Nevertheless we put in our time, heard a sad history, and moved on to the River Walk.

We took went up and down the river walk and then were spent for the day. The kids had fun and enjoyed it. We went back to New Braunfels to our hotel, ate dinner and swam for an hour. It was a fun day!
